Bathurst 1967

Theres a great thread on the 116 Board about the Alfetta GTAms, which I wasn't aware of.

It got me thinking about the the fate of the GTVs that raced at Bathurst in 1967. My understanding is that they have not been identified and were all sold off later as road cars.

Is this correct? Does anyone have any better/further information on this?

It would be great to a register on this forum
perhaps a separate section for all ex race cars to be on
it would be great to know what were those little differences that made them so special

I like the opening commentary at the start of race " $100,000 for the entire 56 feet/cars". How times have changed, you would be lucky to buy one of the Falcon GT's or Alfa's now.
