Oil pump

In the process of building a warm to hot 2 litre nord and not sure about using the standard oil pump. What options do I have?

There is nothing inadequate with the standard spec oil pump if in good condition.

1) Restrict oil supply going to the top end
2) Cross drill the block.
3) Boost pressure.

All well known engine prep stuff for Nords.
