Thought you might be interested in the post from Bruce Taylor. Bruce moderates the Montreal forum and has recently written a book on the Montreal (mine's currently in transit from amazon):

Dear Montifans,

I thought you might like to know that Alfa Romeo have just received
the first of their 20 copies of the Montreal book, and they have
informed me that they like it very much!

This follows their featuring of the Montreal in the prestigious Alfa
Romeo 8C Competizione lineage calendar, a theme taken up in the
September 2008 edition of Ruoteclassiche. After a period during which
the Montreal has been rather neglected by its parents, it is now seen
as an important member of the family of historic 8-cylinder Alfas.

Incidentally, the Alfa Romeo historical museum will be closed until
the end of 2009 for major restoration work. But the good news is that
its future now seems assured, since Fiat have now agreed that it is
among the Alfa Romeo activities that will be maintained at Arese.

Ciao!
