Alfetta GTV clutch disc minimum thickness?

Can anyone tell me the minimum clutch disc thickness for an alfetta GTV?

The clutch in my GTV started slipping badly recently, I pulled the clutch out this weekend and it doesn't look very worn.

Is there anything else that could cause the clutch to slip?

The only thing I can think of is the system isn't releasing pressure as nothing else appears at fault.

If the friction lining has worn down to just above the rivets (1 mm gap), then this would have caused the clutch to slip. Other possible causes could be damage to mating surfaces of flywheel and pressure plate or oil contamination of friction plate (highly unlikely due to transaxle).

A good rule of thumb measure for when the clutch plate is serviceable is that when installed and pressure plate bolted up, the fingers will be near level (parallel to the friction surface). This gives the greatest pressure on the clutch plate when engaged.

Also check the diaphragm in the pressure plate for cracks...

While I have not seen this in a 116, I have seen it in a couple in 105s where the clutch pedal has not been adjusted correctly (over-extension).
