Welcome to the forum Weapon147 and enjoy the 147!

Check out the Club Sponsors page for a few Alfa specialists who might be near you for advice on performance parts. There's a heap on information on the various Alfa forums (alfaowner.com and alfa156.net) with links to tuning houses such as Autodelta, Monza Sport Tuning and Alfa Workshop.

I think Monza Motors in Bayswater ran an Alfa 147 GTA race car, so they should be able to help out and I also believe they can get Autodelta parts.

Just a word of advice about lowering. I've been researching suspension options for my 156 and the key theme is that if you fit lowered springs, also put in a new set of shockers such as Koni Yeloows or Bilstein B6 or B8. The standard Alfa shockers aren't too good and lowering the car only exacerbates the crash-through. They also sit pretty low from the factory so don't be too brave about how far you want to drop the car, 25mm - 30mm would be the absolute maximum, unless you don't value your sump, bumber, side skirts and want an even larger turning circle!

Cheers,
Anth
