Giulietta caster?

Hi, I have a bog standard 83ish Giulietta. Love it.  Recently fitted some new Pirellis and the well known tyre shop allegedly did a wheel alignment. The problem I have is that the steering is nice and light with good feel in the dead ahead position. However, it loads up significantly as soon as you turn the wheel. In addition it is scrubbing wide and understeering. I am not familiar with the Giulietta characteristics but other Alfas I have had all seemed a lot more delicate and balanced. I am thinking I have too much caster. Before I get it checked just seeking any advice that might be relevant and the specs that other owners are running.
