Recalibration/alignment of Torque/SAS replacement unit

Hi all, does anyone know of someone in Perth who has a diagnostic tool, i.e. Minitools SEP-SENSTEST1, to recalibrate/align a replacement Torque/SAS unit into a Mito Electric Power Steering (EPS) module? I purchased a compatible replacement sensor from Latvia, but alas I did not appreciate the requirement for it to be properly calibrated/positioned into the EPS. My mistake but hey at least I tried.
