2008 gt head rests

Hello all,does anyone know how to remove the front headrests on the gt....they go up and down ok but they wont come out...
any help would be appreciated,

Find link to front seat parts break down, which should aid in removal. By pressing button (item 7) and pull up should result in headrest removal
