Hi Guys

Had a thought while I was driving on the Club Run on Saturday up to Glenrowan, and while driving back to Melbourne on Sunday.

All the awesome road sections I have seen lately have a road sign with a morobike, wavy lines and the caption " High Risk Area".

Does anyone know if there is a list of where all these zones are:-) It occurs to me we could use this as a list of "Great Drives" in Victoria.

One in particular on the way back from Milawa was the section between Whitfield and Mansfield. If you havent been on this road you have missed out big time. This is around 60klm and most of it is beautiful scenic windy mountain roads :-)

The GTV6 and I had a ball.

Anyone know a contact in Vic Roads who may have the list?

Shane,

Parts of that  piece of road between Mansfield & Whitfield deserve some respect. There is one section near Tolmie Stingybark Creek  that seems innocent enough driving downhill but going the other way (Mansfield to Whitfield) is one corner that is a closing radius with a granite cliff or your right a few metres further along the road someone has painted a skull & cross bones on the cliff. Not a nice place to run out of road. That said the pub at Whitfield and the wines of Pizzini & Chrismont  in the King Valley are worth the drive
