Guiletta Door Trim coming away

I am looking at a 2015 Guiletta for sale which seems to be in excellent condition, except the door trim.

The fabric on all four doors has come away from the door card and is "loose" but not marked or damaged.

The current owner says the door trim has been this way since new.

I'd appreciate some guidance on why the trim may have come away on all doors, and approx cost to repair.
