Need a set of the 75 like Perspex / polycarbonate front door mounted wind deflectors for a 1984 Giulietta.

75's share the same doors, they don't fit?

The owner of the 1984 Giulietta (not me!) is certain deflectors from a 75 will not fit the Giulietta. 
Happy to be advised / confirmed otherwise though.

I wonder what the (deflector) differences are.. the doors look pretty similar to me
(other than the wing mirror mount)
