What is the rear valence panel like (from just beneath the swage line under the number plate down)?

I know they all rust in the same place, but on the off chance its in reasonable nick I'm looking to make a patch panel to replace the rusted out section on mine.

Ahh bugger, just realised my question is moot - '78 valance is different to plastic bumper models which have an open section.
