2.4l 20v JTD - Engine Light & Codes - Help Please

Hi all,

Had the 2008 159 display a check engine light and message, with a limp home power & rev reduction, am in Bendigo, and seeking some help and advice. 

Engine management codes from a local mechanic's scan:
   P0340 Phase Sensor
   P2012 Flow Shutter Valve
   P1206 Particulate Filter
   P0355 RPM Sensor

Are any of these a concern, i.e. could this be driven down to Melbourne to an Alfa mech to fix or is it more serious.

To note, Bendigo recently had a rat plague and three cars have been found with dead rats in them, this one included, the mechanics could see evidence of rats in engine bay, etc. however, could not see damaged cables by them.

I have a suspicion you have blown a fuse, check all the fuses in the engine bay. Check the bundle of wires that go from the Throttle Body plug and search backwards for chewed/failed wiring insulation.
