Search function

Is it just me, or is the search function on this site useless? I get a lot of results not containing the word I search for, just wondering if the problem is my computer or the forum

Yup, had the same issue......I gave up on it a long time ago (and stopped directing frequent questions to this function!!)

Yep the search in SMF Forum sucks.  Sheldon has been giving me sh*t about it for ages.  I'm looking into whether it has improved in later versions of the software...

However!  I recommend using google.  If you put "site:alfaclubvic.org.au" in your google search, it will restrict results to those from our website including the forum.

Examples:  search for giulietta seats site:alfaclubvic.org.au

This works pretty well.  I should alter the search box at the top of the page just to link to google....
