selespeed first gear hopping

dont know if this has been covered before but just thought id post this up to help anyone else with similar problem. when my2002 156 gets warm its a real bitch to take off smoothly. its like as if im a first time driver. really emabaressing. went down to benincas and 550 dollars later problem solved and did not have to buy a new actuator. wow fantastic.
