HELP !
The previous owner siliconed the rear light lenses on my Alfetta GTV, any idea on how to remove the lenses without damaging the lenses and paintwork ?
Are there solvents available ?

wurth make a gasket remover which removes silicone. I have also had success with "start ya bastard" smells the same as the wurth product. dont know whether it will affect the lens or not. good luck.

A scalple or razor blade if you can get it in far enough.
petrol rots silicon but maybe other things too?
good luck I hate silicon but hylomar is great.

Try cutting them off with a length of fishing line (use it like a saw, parallel to the bodywork).  Might not work with rear lenses due to the ridges where the light backing and the lens meet up against each other, but nothing ventured nothing gained.  Works great for siliconed on badges etc.

Wurth product is good, bloody expesive though. Try to keep it of the paintwork though, I used it on mine, which at the time had slightly faded paint and it left a few marks.
