DHLA 40 Turbo Set up???? HELP

ok im planing to build a set of dhla 40 turbo set up on the carbies.

just want to know whats the best specs are. under is the choise i have of jets etc what are the best ones to get

chokes size can be 26-36mm.

main jets size can be chosen from size 120-250 .

idle jets' size can be from 50 to 95.

air correctors can be long (size 175,180,200,205 or any size in between -can be calibrated to size)or short (sizes 130-240).

needle valves size can be 150,170,200,225 or 250.
