Hey Guys
I own a 2000 156 v6 automatic. I have had the car for about 9 months and love it. I really want to start modifying the car to get more performance out of it but am not sure which way to go. Does anyone have any ideas on what sort of things i could do??

Do not know what state you live in but perhaps an option is to come along to a club night and make some enquiries.  Speak to people who know. Alfa Specialists are pretty good with dealing with options, upgrades etc and pricing.

You can get better tyres,  17" wheels, springs etc but you really want to get specific Professional advice so you do not waste your time.

A general feeling is that its an auto and there could have been 'room for improvement' there anyway.

Paul has it - GTA's are great cars as they are the package.

A remus exhaust system could get you a good 15kw of power if you are after that.

Opens up the sound a bit more too :D

I got one installed on my 2000 alfa spider; one of best exhaust brands in the world in my opinion.

Could set you back a bit over a grand but your paying for quality parts.

If you want to go all out some people do turbo kits for alfa's, like benica, looking at over 10 grand for that, very expensive.
