Remember the recent TV advert in which a woman pedestrian steps out in to the path of a vehicle?  The suggestion was that if the driver had been driving slower ("lets just change one thing"), her injuries would have been less serious (enter prairie winds and tumbleweeds).

The latest ad explains the evils of non-taxed narcotics and driving.  The 'stoner', exits his car and is immediately struck by a passing vehicle.  In this case the 'stoner', at this point a pedestrian, was clearly to blame. 

Therefore, if you are sober and stupid, its someone else's fault.  If you are stoned/drunk and stupid, its your fault.
