Grilled chicken breast, topped with eggplant, roasted capsicum, spring onion and Napolitano sauce with bocconcini

Grilled barramundi topped with a lemon honey white wine sauce. served with grilled vegetables

served with mixed lettuce, roasted capsucum, shaved parmesan, and a honey mustard vinaigrette
