A TwinSpark probably.  Cheap and reliable.

with the twin spark what sort of induction  system is best?? allot of people i have spoken too have just suggested fitting twin carbs. or quad throttles?

With good headers and a well designed induction system an increase of at least 25 hp is achievable on a well tuned 8V TS engine above its road going configuration.
Cheapest-carbs
Best-TB's need ECU's, trigger wheels, looms, plus, plus.$$

It wont end there because once you have more power, you will need better cornering traction from a slippery diff so you need to fit a twin spark tranny and you'll probably need to have the LSD refreshed and so the budget just keeps climbing.

Think through what it is you really want..
