i have to roll the arch as i cant stand that sound of rubbing anymore, either that or raising it up, but the it will look like a hotrod.

I agree with the hotrod look. Hows the gap between the front wheel and the arch with standard ride height!!!! 

But also remember that unless set up properly, a GTV's handling will suffer if the ride height is too low. (something with changing the centre of gravity? i am sure someone knows the technical reasoning) BUT its looks great though

Hot rod look alright! LOL .. actually looks quiet good! .. haha and i will agree with that because when dad drove it he says wow it handles nothing like mine did back in the day . and this is very very low...
