GTV Owner

Hi ALL,
        am new to the forum,but not all that new to Alfa's i have a 1983 GTV which i have owned for just on 2 years.We bought it out of Adelaide,had it inspected at Eurosports & shipped to Sydney.Blue slipped without an issue & have had an absolute ball in it since. It has only one minor spot of rust in the whole car!We upgraded the interior with Re upholstered GTV6 seats,new carpet.Ceramic coated the manifolds & replaced the exhaust.I do most of the grease monkey work on it & Anything out of my league Rob Panetta at Manning motors handles.
We have in the last year discovered the classic rally club & have enjoyed the touring division of their navigational raalies.Some sensational driving roads & some stress!1but a whole lot of fun.
Now to the but! i will put a post up in the buy/swap section as we are after a good 2nd hand engine as ours has developed a bad smoking habit!i will get the original rebuilt,but am looking for something we can use for 12 months or so whilst rallying.
