Yes

Channel 634 is my new fave. Shows on Car clubs from the UK and a number of series featuring restorations of various cars are stopping me from leaving my seat.

I even watched the story of Mr Honda earlier today, and a great show on the new Shelby Cobra.

Sad I know but it was raining all day and I couldn't work on the 75 TS :-)

Thats my excuse anyway.

Catch ya

I don't have foxtel, but i spent a good portion of the weekend at a mate's place who does. Awesome stuff.

I had been contemplating buying a bike for a while now. Couldn't tell you what is was but something about the 15 minutes of the Honda story thing i saw put me over the edge. Congrats all round from my friends with bikes already, disapproval and tantrums from mum. It all balances out right?

wheeler dealers or as my kids have nicknamed it winger dingers is my favorite i carnt get over how cheep some cars are in the uk in comparison to australia mike brewer reminds me of the shifty used car salesman i bought my first alfa sprint from in the 80's and edd china's the sort of bloke you would love to have as your best mate why carnt we produce a quality show like this in australia

Simon Aarons

Mat, if your interested in a bike i am looking at selling my 250cc to upgrade shortly ;) Perfect first bike!!!! Let me know if you want more details.

Well, i think i know what i'm after already Simon, however, I'm pretty good at kicking tyres. pm, email, whatever's good. I won't be ready to buy one for about 2 months at this rate, but the more i look the better.

Heh. It's all only in the planning stages for now remember. But assuming all goes well, and i don't find something else to spend the hard earned on (ie, another alfa at the "right price"), i think i want an old Honda Spada. vt250. whatever you want to call it.

Read a lot of good things about them, and they look great. Yeah. I'm pretty knowledgeable on bikes as you can see.

It sure hasn't taken long for those money grabbing bastards at foxtel to turn a montage of re runs into something else you have to pay for.

Hi Gully,

I agree. The first couple of weeks on Turbo Max, they had some new stuff... now it's back to re-runs. About the only fresh item now is "Beetle Crisis", but three episodes in and I'm getting a little tired of the good old "English can't do attitude". Is it just me, or do they spend more time complaining, bitching and whingeing than they do actually rebuilding the damn car??

Cheers,

Nick
