G'day all, I have an 1984 Alfa 90 which is sitting in my drive waiting for me to make up my mind as to what I want to do with it. I've been thinking along the lines of a track day car as It would probably cost more than it's worth to get it back up to scratch for rego which is a pity as I loved to drive that car, there was very little that could challenge it on a good mountain road like the Alpine Way from Bruthen to Omeo.
It has a good body the interior is intact but a bit dirty as I used it as my work car for some years.
The clutch went so I parked it and went out and bought another 90 (1986) which I used as my work car until the rust got so bad the towbar and it's mountings tried to part company with the rest of the car, unfortunately whist towing a trailer!  :o so that and another 90 (1985) that was rear ended were dismantled.
in the past I've had a 1966 Guila Super, a 1973 105 series GTV 2000 and a 1979 Alfasud Sprint.
BTW I'd done a bit of work to the engine of the GTV 2000 and it had a definite surplus of HP over traction, it would rev off the tacho and make the most glorious noise, it was an absolute hoot on the Alpine Way!  ;D
