How can the inside of the headlights be cleaned ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I take it you are referring to the lens and not the reflector.I am guessing here. The problem is setting off a corrosion and/or dulling of the reflector.

I think my approach would be to use a methylated spirits on the back of the lens and evaporate it off with an air hose. Anyway you approach this isn't going to be a cake walk.

I removed the globe, got a plastic stick from a baloon and fixed some cotton wool to the thin end. Sprayed some windex on the cotton wool and used lots of elbow grease bending and cleaning  and bending and cleaning some more. A little blast of air helps to dry .
I ran out of lock, and ran out of revs and run out of road, and ran out of talent.

Meguires make a clear plastic restorer that seems to work well.
