throttle cable

im in the process of swaping a early to a late engine in my gtv,
the late model engine uses a throttle cable but the early gtv uses a linkage..
do i need to get a throttle pedal assembly from a gtv6?
how have others converted from linkage to cable?

im not to sure what you mean. but i know a xf falcon throttle cables fits a treat.
