Alfetta air con total rebuild

I think the stock air con is really not fitted on it. I guess you might upgrade it to make the performance better. If your thing gets worsen, bring it to the Alfetta manufacturer or service center right away.

I was sick of the underperforming aircon in my 83 Giulietta after switching to the new gas.  I was getting it regassed every year and it was still marginal.

I pullled the whole lot out, had the units cleaned out professionally, put on a new Sanden rotary pump and all new lines (switching to o-rings where possible).  Made some holes in the side of the heater box to get more air in (suggested by a friend who used to be an aircon specialist).

Now the aircon works great, not like a Honda but twice as good as it was when the car was new.
