Wow, great turnout. Love the Monty's.

Is that a 356 Speedster hiding behind the Espada?

Yep!  I agree with Shane, we got the biggest turn our in recent history and the range of vehicle was just superb.

These was a good balance between the old and new - 105 sedans, coupe and spiders plus a frew Montreals; then some Alfetta GTV's GP, a few 75's Twin Sparks; 156 sedan, GT, 147 and GTV and a few current model cars 159 sedan and spider.  Then some other marques as Luke saw there- i.e. 356 Speedster & Espada.

If the Royal Hotel in Loch puts on such a good morning tea, can not wait for a lunch stop there in the future ?

Hey this was my first decent trip in the Monty since my fetteling and I am very please with the returned fuel consumption of 10.9 litres/100. Over 500 k's, no apreciable water or oil usage either.
After the country EMR, the trip to the City on Australia day and much high revving through the gears (just coz I like the sound)  I am thrilled that this 1970's cruiser is so comparable with modern standards.
Here is a link to a review on my car, that Club member Adam Davis did.

Phil,

Believe it it not, one of the most underated 105's is the family workhorse, the humble Berlina. She's got the sex appeal of a recycled skateboard from St Vinnies* but they really are a wolf in sheeps clothing.

(*Apologies to all the deyed-in-the-wool Berlina devotees).
