hey All

Just wanted to introduce myself.....my Names Karl....just bought a alfa 1989 Alfetta GTV and is over the moon...

Wanted this car since i was 17yo but at that age was able to afford such a veh...7 years later im now a proud owner of such beutiful vehicle....Much to learn still but ill get there with time. hope that I can get some the more experience ppl here to help out..

thanks mate got the car tuesday....came towed to me coudldnt get the smile of my face...( i now belive in love @ first sight)
Just gave a good clean inside and out with my old man yesterday took me 6hrs but it was well worth every second...

 :) Hi Karlo and welcome! It looks like a brilliant car. Enjoy the experience. These cars are fussy but extrememly rewarding. You just need to fnd a mechaninc who knows what they are dong and the car will be extremely reliable. (Don't listen to the uninformed!).

Thanks barry.....everytime i open the garage door still cant wipe the smile of my face....

I guess the excitement is due to my daily being a VX holden (auto).... :-\

That smile won't go away trust me, i still look back at my Alfie everytime i park it somewhere and grin, and i grin even more when i return to him :)

Yeah i need to think of a name for my 33 too and try to work out what gender it is hmmm lol
