meh, it's a US thing... don't like it! especially the steel bars and that really boxy scoop on the bonnet - kills it.

if u like gtv6s, suggest u pick one up locally... one in better shape than the callaway went a week or so ago for $2.5k....

then jump on alfagtv6.com to see some tasty power-ups... big brakes, suspension as for powertrain....

fancy a bored out 3.8l 24v gta engine?

perhaps something more simple, like greg gordon's excellent bolt on Supercharge kit, good for 200hp on the stock 2.5?

for some Twin Turbo action, well that's been done before in melbourne with a custom kit with FMIC....

gtv6 = blank canvas.

It's a classic.  A modified GTV6 is a great thing, but it will only ever be a modified GTV6.  A Callaway will always be a Callaway, no matter how much faster a modified GTV6 is.

i can dig that... the brilliant thing with greg's system is that its bolt on... u can go back to stock in an hr or 2's worth of work... probably the way i would go...

great, now i'm pondering acquiring a gtv6 again.  :-\

no, stay on track... 156 makes more sense....   ::)

It's a bit like the collectors Falcon GTHO. Would you piss about making it go faster and better to keep up with contemporary hot machinery. Only if you wanted to see your 1M investment filter down the toilet at a faster rate than the original quarter mile time.

You don't mess with history unless you scored a new role in Back to the Future series 6.  :) :)
