Alfetta 2.0 GTV For Sale

I have decided to sell my 1985 Alfetta 2.0 GTV. It is registered until March 2011 and will be sold with a RWC. It has only done 167,000 km which is well documented with a full service history. I bought it in November 2009 as a two owner car from a retired school teacher in Melbourne. It is an honest and original car in nearly all of its original paint (only the front passenger guard, top of nose cone having been re sprayed at some time). It is also straight and undamaged. Its gearbox had a complete rebuild in 2003 by a specialist in Melbourne and it works beautifully. In my ownership I have further maintained the car by fitting new bilstein shocks all round, new Brembo rear rotors/pads and had a rear caliper rebuilt. The exhaust has also been replaced from the front of the car back. I have also had the head gasket replaced and the engine de coked with a full service.

Well the car never made it to carsales.com but instead has been sold through this forum. The car has found a great new owner. Now the hunt begins for my next car - tempted by some early 105 project cars but also by a FIAT 124 AC Coupe which is ready to go. Time will tell.

I now also have some Alfetta GTV parts that I would like to move on - I will list them as a seperate topic.
