Advice needed, 01 Alfa 156 TS, 5Sp Man.

Hey All !!!  Just a quicky, Ive been driving my new Alfa around for about a week now ( and loving every second !!! ) and Ive noticed whilst im in 4th gear if i take my foot off the gas the gearstick jumps forward a little bit, should i be worried about this It only does it in 4th... no other gear which makes me a little sus...  any advice is great advice !!!  Thanks !!!
