Has the Selespeed technology been updated?

Hi,

I am looking for a 147 and have been avoiding Selespeeds, for all the obvious reasons.

One has come up which is a 2007 model which IS a Selespeed and I was wondering whether these later models also suffered all the same issues, or did they improve the technology by this stage?

I am wondering whether these "extended warranty " plans will cover the Selespeed too ?

you can get a warranty on the selespeed so check to see if its included and ask the seller if it is and make sure its in writing, im pretty sure the later models have an updated sele unit as i dont hear much of the later models having any probs
