Hello,
This car was purchased by a friend of mine 5 years ago. The previous owner had started a restoration and lost interest. I helped collect the car and move it into the barn at Red Hill were it is today. Here is what I can remember:
1. Body - good. It was stripped, repaired and ready for paint prep. No rust significant rust issues or dented panels. Straight. Note surface rust on boot.
2. Engine - rebuilt top to bottom and on the original solexes. It had been driven around the block before stripping back. Caveat: The engine has not been turned over in the last 5 years.
3. Interior - all there. Some panels removed for painting as per pictures, but there.
4. Wiring - no idea. Presume the worst.
5. Spares - lots. Block, engine bits, webers and lost of other bits and pieces I cannot remember but we unloaded a fair bit. (I remember the webers! Only 2 though)
Overall the car is obviously a project for an enthusiast.
The owner is a great friend of mine - Nic Pane. He will be straight about the car but I do recommend a viewing. His mobile is 0412580303.
He is asking $6.5k.

Can someone please save this classic!
Best Regards
Phil
