A question for the 156 owners out there...

Do the sedans have the 60/40 spilt folding rear seat like the wagon models?

I saw at the motor show this year that the 159 sedans do, and wondered if this was also true for 156's (particularly the update 2004+ models)

Cheers - Ian.

Welcome Ian.
No, 156's only have a "ski" slot, not 60/40 split folding rear seats which is a real shame.

Thanks Ed,

Yeah, it is a pity ... after reading your answer I checked out a couple of 156's on the weekend and the boot space isn't all that big so folding seats would have been a definite advantage.  Not sure if a 156 is going to fit the bill for me after all, but I'm in no rush to get another car just yet so I'll put it on the backburner & re-visit the idea again closer to purchase time ...

Cheers - Ian.
