I am looking for a reliable , reasonably priced workshop in brisbane to prepare engine, gear box , diff , suspension etc for a 1750 gtv to run in Group SB

Any Suggestions ?

Have you tried Norm Singleton at Samford?  He does roll cages, he did mine fairly reasonably.  He specialises in Fiats and Lancias I know, but he used to rally a Sud and has done Alfa's as well.  Jags all sorts of things.  He builds complete cars for Targa and so on.

Norm Singleton would have very good all round knowledge and experience on a range of models, plus he knows how to make cages too. In terms of a suspension and alignment specialist you could try Leda Suspension Services over at Brendale. Depending on where you live any Pedders Suspension, Fulcrum Suspension or Ricks Alignment Service at Albion could take good care of your alignments. (Stay with the specialsts for alignments because they know their stuff and generally do it better)...... Often times what happens is that you end up with one guy to do your race engine build, another who specialises in gearboxes and diffs and someone else who is a steering and suspension tuning specialist and someone else who looks after the rest. There's a lot to know and specialise in and it is very rare to find a single workshop that is geared up and able to do everything to competition standard. Good luck.
