GTV upgrades. Opinions please

Hi guys,

I got myself an '03 GTV and after getting it fixed up (previous owner near butchered the car), I'm looking at some performance upgrades. Specifically I want to add a bit more power on the lower rev range.
Old man and I been discussing, I want to go upgraded headers while dad says to put in a turbo.
Firstly, is there any recommended places that does after market work in Melbourne.
And second, opinions?
