Ignore..... the the chosen one / chowderhead / choderboy
His posts are usually just short of a sentance and are often critical of other peoples opinions
He has contributated  very little in the way of original thought or ideas to any thread .
He just stabs and jibes in different threads to provoke people.
over the past few weeks you have copped a lot of flack from him.
I admire your resiliance, he keeps slapping you around and you keep standing up to him
Good on you!

HI DREW

Golden Lodge HL and 2HL  spark plugs are perfect for 4Cyl Alfas
they are a surface discharge plug and do not need to be gapped
and with regular cleaning will outlast other plugs, they were factory fitted to Alfas for decades

Every spark plug fitted to an engine should have it's gap checked, even if it's just a quick visual comparison to the others. I've seen more than one pre gapped plug with teh gap closed up due to poor handling.

Regards, Andrew.

Mick might be a little pedantic but when you are ordering spare parts you need to have the correct code or else you end up with something you can't use. Obviously Dehne has a thicker skin than you give him credit for and when Chode has a go he will stand by what he has said and not run around removing the offending post leaving only the replies and then rejoin the forum under a different  name FFS

Sorry mate but I think Mick knows his shit and I don't think he was having a go, Glenn is just shitstirring. You are correct, the NGK website lists the plug as a B7ES with a 0.8mm gap it also lists an Iridium plug BR7EIX wich must be something new but the plugs in my old 2.0l were BP7ES and they were always good to go straight out of the box no need to gap.  Let's not resort to calling each other names, one would think we left all that behind on the schoolyard.
