2005 Bahrain GP - Fastest lap in the race was set by Pedro de la Rosa at 1:31.447
2006 Bahrain GP - Fastest lap in the race was set by Nico Rosberg at 1:32.406

A reduction of 2 cylinders and estimated 200 odd horsepower results in less than a second of lap time!!!!??

They can use softer tyres again this year though.  looks like good genes might help as well!

Yep I'll be down there Friday and Saturday, but Sunday I'm going to an F1 bbq - I prefer to watch the race on the TV anyway.  The beer is cheaper and you can tell what's going on 

I'll be there with my Alfa shirt on - the V8 boys usually have a chuckle.
