Hello Alfisti,
Spettacolo this year is being organised on behalf of the committee by John Hanslow. He has a couple of helpers - me and Martin Sifridi. We are seeking volunteers to assist with the smooth running of the day. (Hopefully the volunteer sheet translates ok below. If not, PM me and I will send you a softcopy). It is safe to assume that all roles will be overseen by John given his experience and enthusiasm. As can be seen below, some roles require all day filling, others for set periods. (The blanks are where the roles are required to be filled. You will see I filled a couple of the slots myself).

We will be requesting all cars that wish to be in the Spettacollo be at Como Park no later than 10am. The gates will be closed at 10am and re-opened at 2pm. We will not be accepting late cars or early departures (unless it is an emergency) in order to mitigate OH&S issues.

There will be a volunteers briefing one week beforehand so that we can inform volunteers of their role and responsibilities on the day and assist with any questions and queries.

Each role has a 90 minute block. We expect this year to be packed as we are also having a one off 100 Year Walk to celebrate the centenary. We expect an excellent turn-out of cars and people and wish to ensure it goes as smooth as possible.
Any questions, please PM me or John.
Best Regards
Phil
