Problems with my sunroof after my battery was changed

All,

  I have an ALFA 147 (2004) and my battery went dead and I got it changed over by RACV. Since then the sunroof controls have not been working correctly. Any ideas on what I can do. I am not sure whether this is factory fitted as it does not have a switch as in the manual but is has buttons.

Any help would be apreciated.
