Capturing YouTube Videos

If you want to save a video from YouTube or any other streaming video site, this online service works really well:

http://keepvid.com/

All you do is paste the url of the page containing the video and save as an mp4 file.  One of my guys put me on to this.  It's easy to use and as far as I can tell no nasty side effects......hope it's useful.
