Forgive me for parading my ignorance, but I've always wondered about the white exhaust on the TZ2 - some magic coating ?    or just grey exhaust paint that's well baked  

The Scalextrics set I put together from various ebay auctions for myself my son at christmas included a TZ2 with white exhaust..  zoom zoom !

Been loads of fun    I mean,  I roll my eyes when he asks me to set it up,  and I groan and agree to race against him
