obd 2 compliance

hi all does anyone know if the 99mdl 156 is obd 2 compatable looking at a code reader for faults, or does anyone know where to get a code reader that is compatable

For our old 2000 156 Selespeed I used AlfaDiag (http://www.alfadiag.net/).  I bought the right USB->OBD cable from ebay.  It sometimes would have problems with timing out connection to the ECU but that was resolved by some setting changes.  Worked well, including ability to perform the selespeed calibration routine.

im looking at a bluetooth device that does not need cables and can do all the same check is obd2 just the socket bit or a software sort of thing

i think ill buy it and give it a go, for the same price as just getting the alfadiag its worth a shot and if it does not suit mine it will suit a later model

have just purchased the obd2 for $32 delivered so ill keep you informed to weather it works ok or not there info says it will so here is hoping
