So who here from Melbourne is going to Auto Italia and on what days are you heading up? Kinda hoping i can follow and travel with a group....

I'd recommend getting someone to share the driving with if you can - esp if you haven't done a lot of long distance driving.  The hume to Canberra is pretty boring and it's easy to drift concentration.

Yeah i am trying to convince my dad or someone to help with the drive, done a few long drives with Alfie and i tend to get cramps in my legs and neck and yes as i found yesterday driving to and from Winton the hume is very boring...

The hume is speed camera after speed camera. If only things were like they are in europe, 1st lane speed limit, 2nd lane moderate speed and 3rd lane off the clock, i would consider driving my 156 to canberra rather than booking a flight if i decide to go.
