Wanting to Sell 83 GTV 2lt

Morning all and Happy Easter

Its time to realize i just dont get the time or space anymore for my lovely 83gtv
Wanting to sell her, good cond only one rust spot behind passenger side front wheel. In red 45000kms simmons 15 rims, elec windows, interior tidy, paint could do with polish but still very good. What should I ask im thinking 5500 am i way off mark up or down for that matter ?
