Unknown 2L 105 series GTV racer from the early '80's?

Just found these photos again in my filing cabinet and thought I would ask if anyone knew this car? Pretty sure its a QLD car. The photo would have been taken around 1983/84. I found it in some old club mags that came with a parts car I bought.
