suggestions for rust repair

Hi all,

The time has come where I have to start considering what to do about the rust. It has gotten significantly worse in the past year and there are a few areas that desperately need attention.
I was just wondering what you think is my best course of action and who is best to take it to. It's beyond anything I can do myself.
