Alfetta wheels on a Sprint

I put the wheels off my Alfetta on the Sprint to check fit.
The wheels are 15x7' with 225 tyres on the rear and 195 on the front
I think a 6.5' would work better
Anyone got some 15' wheels they dont want?

I suspect that's the 225 in the first photo? Would you know what the offset on that rim is by any chance?

I'm looking at getting wheels for my sprint too- would be nice to fill the guards by coming out a fair bit!

Have you fitted tyres yet to the new rims?

I don't have any factory alfetta alloys left or anything suitable to measure myself.

I noticed franks green machine was running fat wheels with nice offset (recent 6 hour winton pics)- what are they frank if you are reading this?

I have 1 tyre on the new rims just to test fit, it is a 195/50/15
I'll get you a pic of that when I get you the offset measure.
I have also picked up a set of Bathurst globe style in 14x6 with 195/60/14 tyres
I dont have these at home yet to test fit, but when I do I'll put up some pics

The Simmons 15 x 7 measure 80mm from the mounting surface to the edge of the outer lip and 140 from the mounting surface to the edge of the inner lip.
The Starcorp rims 15 x 6 1/2 measure 70mm from the mounting surface to the edge of the outer lip and 130 from the mounting surface to the edge of the inner lip.

The starcorps seem to have a good offset judging from the photos. The simmons sound more like 7.5-8" wide even after allowing for the extra width when measuring backspace to the outside of the rim. I guess neither have an ET stamp so it's always tricky to measure and compare.

Had another look at the Starcorp's they did have the ET stamped on them its 40
The Simmons dont have it, I guess because they are 3 piece and where custom made to suit the GTV

The rims on the green machine are C.S.A  13 x 6JJ with 19P offset. The tyres are yoko Ao48  205 60 13. The lip/edge of all guards have to be removed. The rims are fitted without spacers.

David, the Simmons look awesome on the Sprint.

Latest set finally tested for size
These fill the guards nicely, but I will need to change to studs to fit them properly
What set of wheels do you all prefer, I cannot decide.
